For already the third consecutive year BearingPoint and TNS NIPO organize the Customer Centric DNA Awards. This year, on 18 April at Kasteel de Wittenburg, Wassenaar, we will announce the most Customer Centric companies of the Netherlands. The central theme of the day is "Digital".
Who puts customer's central?
In 2013 the the Customer Centric DNA Awards will again be awarded to those company that are most successful in making the customer central in all their customer contact. What makes the Customer Centric DNA Awards unique is that the jury consists of ... the consumer! TNS NIPO does extensive research on the customer centricity of many companies. Based on customer evaluations we bring you the voice of the customer! This year there the research is extended to include the public services sector. Therefore this year we hand out awards in 11 different industries!
The 6 dimensions of experience CCDNA give a detailed picture of the companies where customer experience is highly valued. Elements such as process and staff performance, consistency of service and experience, webcare, word-of-mouth recommendations and trust are systematically researched in the different industries and form the basis for the Customer Centric DNA Awards.
